The Office of Information Security (OIS) is responsible for implementing the global security policies and standards globally within NTT DATA, Inc. Their area of responsibility covers both corporate and business areas. The OIS has a dedicated team which supports, controls, and advises I&T and business areas in security matters, ensuring the defines, implements and monitors the Business Continuity Framework, applicable at IBIOL and Europe regions.


As a Technical Continuity Lead, you will work closely with the Lead of Business Continuity and coordinate with all regional teams. You will join the OIS team, working autonomously in a collaborative environment made up of experts in a range of security-related fields. You will work closely with other leaders throughout the organization to ensure that the company is properly protected through appropriate business continuity programs.


FUNCTIONS

Your main activities will be:

  • Support and coordinate all the aspects of the design, implementation and governance of the organisation's technology recovery strategy.
  • Support and monitor the development of test activities, including planning and reporting.
  • Develop and monitor the management and implementation of NTT DATA's business continuity tool.
  • Define and help executing processes related to the BIAs, Recovery Strategies, Crisis Management, BCPs, DRPs, Tests, Training and others.
  • Provide metrics and reports, including a summary of test activities, analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations.
  • Support BC due-diligence activities relative to vendors and third parties.
  • Collaborate with the design and maintenance of the Business Continuity Framework.
  • Report and be an advisor of the Lead of Business Continuity.
  • Promote sharing of expertise through consulting, presentation, and documentation.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed.




Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience working within Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Incident Management and/or Disaster Recovery.


Technical Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree (Engineering, computer science or similar) and higher education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience working with IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
  • Relevant experience developing IT Continuity and/ or recovery tests.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Continuity frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of IT platforms and communication system frameworks.


Desirable but not required:

  • Experience preparing and coordinating action plans.
  • Experience in the management or implementation of Business Continuity tools.
  • Knowledge in consultancy companies' business processes.
  • Experience in systems architecture: Databases, virtualisation, API platforms, etc.


Functional Skills:

  • Analytical person, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to lead, encourage and influence staff across the organisation.
  • Goal-oriented, team player, adaptable and proactive.
  • Fast learner, with good ability to face new challenges.


Desirable but not required:

  • Experience in formal drafting of documents for corporate use, policies, processes, procedures, etc.
  • Strong background in consolidation of results and reporting.


Languages:

  • Fluent professional English proficiency (C1 or higher).


Desirable but not required:

  • Fluent professional proficiency (C1 or higher) in Spanish and/or other languages in the European perimeter.
