Technical Consultant

Urovo Europe is looking for a Technical Consultant to provide first-line technical support for our customers and internal teams. This role involves problem-solving, technical communication, and close collaboration with various departments to improve product experience. Fluency in English and business-level French is essential, as you will be supporting customers across Europe, particularly in French-speaking regions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will provide first-line technical support to customers and internal teams, answering their technical questions promptly.
• Report bugs and feature requests to suppliers and follow up on their progress.
• Manage access and update technical documentation on SharePoint and the Partner Support Portal.
• Provide product training and presales support where necessary.
• Support the sales team during trade shows and events (1 week or longer).
• Support service partners by reviewing damage claims and ensuring compliance with service conditions.
• Assist external IT partners in maintaining infrastructure when needed.

Your profile

• You have experience with Windows and Android operating systems.
• You are familiar with IT hardware and communication systems.
• You speak fluent English and business-level French.
• You are motivated, customer-oriented, and a team player.
• Knowledge of software such as SOTI or Ivanti is desirable.
• Experience with Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) is a plus.
