Technical Consultant

Responsibility:

1/ Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user;

Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user;

2/ Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer;

Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;

3/ Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills;

4/ Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains;

5/ Other tasks needed from Snibe.

Requirements

1/ At least 1 years experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure;

2/ Able to use English as working language.
