- Translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications or user stories.
- Engaging with stakeholders to explore needs, define priorities, and manage expectations.
- Collaborating with technical teams to assess feasibility, understand architecture, and contribute to solution design.
- Participating in technical discovery and analysis to inform decision-making and shape delivery.
- Supporting solution implementation through testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analysing and modelling business processes to identify improvements aligned with strategic goals.
- Promoting innovation and sharing knowledge across teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring solutions meet compliance, quality, and inclusivity standards.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including identifying user needs and defining technology solutions.
- Strong ability to produce prioritised functional and non-functional requirements.
- Skilled in mapping current and future business processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and managing expectations.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating business needs into technical language.
- Capable of developing test scenarios and assessing solution quality.
