Technical Business Analist

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

For a leading client, we are looking for a technically oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in Open Banking and PSD2. In this role, you will serve as the link between business and IT, with a strong focus on improving customer journeys and supporting the product development team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT during refinement sessions
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand and enhance customer journey flows
• Support development teams and engineers in their day-to-day work
• Serve as the right hand of the Product Owner
• Contribute to the management and optimization of consent management processes
• Assist in the design and implementation of solutions within the Open Banking domain

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Open Banking
• Strong knowledge of PSD2 regulations
• Experience with designing or improving customer-focused processes and journey flows
• Hands-on experience in technical environments is highly valued and considered essential for this role
• Availability of 36 hours per week, with a preference for working onsite on Thursdays (2 days onsite preferred)

• Location: Hybrid, 1 to 2 days per week onsite
• Region: Central Netherlands
• Contract type: Deta-vast (temporary contract with the intention to convert to permanent)
