Are you a seasoned Technical or Solutions Architect with a passion for full-stack development and Microsoft Power Platform? Join our Automation Unit to lead architecture and design across multiple projects, drive innovation through rapid prototyping, and mentor development teams in delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Own technical architecture across projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

• Delivery Oversight: Lead end-to-end technical delivery, including POCs and Proof of Value.

• Power Platform Expertise: Architect solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with needs.

• Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage concurrent initiatives with strategic focus.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor teams and uphold best practices.

• Agile Delivery: Thrive in agile environments and adapt to evolving requirements.

• Innovation: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical/Solutions Architect with full-stack development background.

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform or similar no-code platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and architecture governance (TDA).

• Experience in enterprise-level solution delivery.

• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred), integration design, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Comfortable in both leadership and hands-on roles.

Desirable Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AWS).

• Experience in public sector or regulated industries.

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Prior engineering experience (ideal but not essential).
