Your tasks: Consulting and telephone support to our partners and resellers. Responsible for our showroom of approximately 200m2. Technical advice to customers. Preparation of various offers for doors as well as other products in the range. Collaboration with our regional sales managers for sales and offer preparation. Processing offers and requests from private clients and architects towards a regional partner or towards one of our regional sales managers in coordination with the parent company in Oensingen as a link for our regional partners. Support for processing with logistics and spare parts service if needed. Assistance with the iHAAS program for our partners on product training and continuous updates on new products. Contribute to our shared success. What you bring: A technical background with a strong interest in the building sector (knowledge of electronics would be an advantage). A first professional experience in advising on technical products is recommended. A strong focus on customer service. A willingness to work independently as well as the ability to work in a team.
