When & Where:- Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
- This is a full-time onsite position.
- This role supports employees across multiple IOPS functions.
- Deliver instructor-led, on-the-job, and administrative training across a variety of IOPS roles.
- Assess employee readiness and support qualification for core job responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials that support employee growth and development.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training plans, and cross-training opportunities.
- Maintain accurate training records and support compliance with training requirements.
- Utilize learning management systems to monitor training progress and support site metrics.
- Participate in training-related projects, audits, inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
- Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and learning styles.
- Support a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Education, Training & Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- For Associate Training Specialist: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- For Training Specialist: 2+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, education, training, or a related industry.
- For Senior Training Specialist: 5+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, education, training, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
