Tech-Savvy Customer Support Advisor - Hybrid (Kent)

Huntress is seeking a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor in Kent. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing technical queries and ensuring a great experience.

The role involves hybrid work with one day per week in the Chatham office, and rest of the week from home, handling phone, email and chat inquiries. You'll explain technical information clearly, troubleshoot issues, guide customers on products and features, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
