About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join a Digital Commerce team responsible for managing Product Information Management (PIM), E-commerce integrations, and core platform microservices that support a large-scale international E-commerce ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Product Information Management (PIM), integrations, and E-commerce platform services.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support the delivery of customer-facing features by ensuring the required integrations and Back End capabilities are in place.
• Act as the subject matter expert for technical platform capabilities and communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, digital, technology, customer experience, and analytics teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical user stories and requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog while balancing short-term business needs with long-term platform scalability and stability.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Monitor platform health, performance, scalability, and data quality, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Drive a platform-first mindset, ensuring solutions are scalable across markets, brands, and future business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within E-commerce or digital platforms.
• Experience working with large-scale, high-traffic E-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, platform architecture, and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to translate commercial requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse information and validate solutions through insights and metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams.

Preferred Experience

• Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
• E-commerce integrations and Middleware solutions.
• Microservices architecture and platform services.
• Digital commerce, omnichannel retail, or marketplace environments.
• International or multi-market E-commerce operations
