Tech Lead (GoLang)

We are seeking a Tech Lead (GoLang) to join our team and serve as a hands on engineering leader responsible for driving delivery while safeguarding architectural integrity. This role combines active coding responsibilities with technical oversight and cross functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of backend services in Golang.
• Own architectural decisions and document them through ADRs.
• Review code and enforce engineering standards across the team.
• Coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in high scale production systems.
• Mentor engineers and elevate team capability.
• Support regulatory audits and technical clarifications where required.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of strong experience with Golang.
• Extensive production experience with Golang and distributed systems.
• Lead delivery in complex engineering environments.
• Strong architectural judgment in event driven systems.
• Experience in wallet, payments, ledger, or regulated domains preferred.
• Comfort operating in high pressure, high scale production environments.
• Proficiency in English (at least upper intermediate/B2 level).

• Event driven architecture (Kafka / PubSub patterns).
• Cloud native infrastructure (Kubernetes, GCP centric).
• High transaction volumes and real money flows.
