Tech Lead - Data Engineering (Snowflake/AWS) - Urgent!

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Technical Lead to work on a new data engineering project for a leading company.

The role is a hybrid one - 2 or 3 days on-site in West London, and 2 or 3 days remote, and the role is inside of IR35.

Experience

• Extensive experience with Snowflake, including ETL processes and data migration.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and SQL.
• Experience with RDBMS systems and transitioning data to modern cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Scripting languages.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management practices, and data security principles
• Proficiency in database technologies, including relational databases eg, SQL Server. In-depth knowledge of data modelling, database design.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
