Tech & Commercial Lawyer - Hybrid (UK/EU regs)

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. in London seeks an experienced solicitor with Technology and Commercial law expertise to support the Corporate and Technology Legal team.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of technology, outsourcing, cloud, and data processing agreements, and advise on regulatory requirements for global financial entities. Reporting to the Head of the Corporate and Technology Legal team for Mizuho Americas, you will help navigate evolving regulatory regimes
