Tech Analyst

We're hiring: Tech Analyst (CRM & CX Platforms)

We're looking for an experienced Tech Analyst/System Analyst with a strong focus on CRM and CX platforms to join a regional technology hub supporting large-scale digital and data solutions.

Location: Warsaw or Poznan (hybrid - 3 days from office)

Contract: 12 months +

What you'll work on:

Deployment and adaptation of global CRM & CX platforms

Platform configuration and system integrations

Testing, UAT, and quality assurance

Collaboration with data, reporting, and analytics teams

Supporting regional rollouts while aligning with global standards

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years in technical or system analyst roles
• Strong experience with CRM systems and CX platforms
• Solid understanding of data architecture & integrations
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure, Databricks, SQL, Python
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
