Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating daily operations for a large team of employees in our warehouse.
• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to your supervisor with clear and accurate analyses.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Motivating and supporting team members to create a positive and productive atmosphere.

Functie-eisen

We are seeking an analytical and experienced team leader to optimize logistics processes and foster a positive work environment.

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and warehouse processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in project management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and quality management systems is a plus.
