Teamlead Service Support

As a leading hand operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics hub in Venlo. You'll oversee daily workflows, motivate a team of over 50 colleagues, and tackle challenges like balancing personnel and volume planning. With your organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement, you'll help us maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional service in line with UPS's mission to connect people and businesses worldwide. Lead: daily PCM meetings to update the team on performance, planning, and company news. Coach: team members by providing training, guidance, and motivation to achieve their best results. Conduct: monthly performance reviews to support team development and identify growth opportunities.
