Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You will be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Preston VIC, 3072

Service Specifics: Set up/pack up service. Consistent staff of permanent and casual educators including a 2IC.

Shift times (Monday to Friday):

• Before school care: 7am-8.45am
• After school care: 2.30pm-6.30pm
• Admin: 9.25am
• Total: 38 hours

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

The Successful Candidate

• You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment and still has a big kid at heart!
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong problem solving skills and a can do attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
