Job Description

Siemens Teamcenter Support Specialist

Location: Stockholm, Sweden OR Remote
Type: Contract
Start Date: 1st September 2025

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Siemens Teamcenter Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, support, and optimisation of our Siemens Teamcenter Application environment. You'll work closely with the Application Delivery Lead and other IT teams to support the business in managing critical PLM infrastructure and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, install, upgrade, and maintain all key components of the Teamcenter production environment, including:

    • Web tier/pool manager

    • Enterprise tier

    • FMS

    • Teamcenter Security Services

    • Dispatcher Services

    • Rich Client and Active Workspace

    • Teamcenter integrations with Catia and NX

  • Support production clones for test and development environments

  • Deploy BMIDE updates and customisation with a focus on minimising system downtime

  • Provide advanced (L3) support for user issues such as:

    • Teamcenter client setup and connectivity

    • Data/process lock issues

    • CATIA/NX integration troubleshooting

    • Import/export problems and configuration-related faults

  • Act as a technical expert to resolve critical or systemic issues in the production landscape

  • Monitor system performance and execute performance testing as needed

  • Oversee and manage Teamcenter license Servers


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven experience working with Siemens Teamcenter in a support or implementation role

  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture and modules

  • Experience with server administration and working in Azure cloud environments

  • Proficiency with Oracle databases in the context of Teamcenter deployments

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Installing and maintaining Teamcenter (Greenfield and Brownfield setups)

    • BMIDE configuration and updates

    • Installing and supporting CATIA and NX integrations

    • Teamcenter license management
