Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic Facilities Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering high standards across a diverse and essential service.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising team members to ensure efficient performance and service delivery.
  • Motivating, mentoring, and guiding team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative working environment through clear communication of objectives.
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks in line with compliance standards.
  • Managing accommodation and camp facilities allocation through the Bookings Management System.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective control of resources and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Familiarity with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools
  • Good level of English and Maths
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Proven ability to carry out a supervisory role
  • Capable of planning workloads effectively
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (due to remote location and travel)
  • Experience using a Bookings Management System or similar software
