Team Manager - Fostering Services

We are a leading therapeutic fostering group looking for a Team Manager to lead a highly successful team covering the Milton Keynes / Northampton area. This is a full time, permanent, hybrid position with some presence required in our head office in Milton Keynes.

Package: up to £52,000 per annum.

As the Team Manager, you will shape, influence, and implement the future growth and development of the Fostering Services, and manage a team of five social workers. You will report to a Registered Manager who has been in post for more than nine years, ensuring a stable service.

Requirements of you

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid HCPC registration
• Experience of working within fostering, adoption or safeguarding environments and experience in a management role
• Ideally, experience of working within a therapeutic environmentMust hold a full UK Driving Licence
