Team Leader - Operational Partner (Highways)

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader - Operational Partner (Highways) to lead our Highways Operational hub team within the Service Improvement and Transformation team.


In this key role, you'll inspire and support a team, drive service improvement and digital transformation, work closely with operational managers and partners, and help deliver excellent services for our communities.


We're looking for someone with:



  • Proven leadership and team development experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Experience in a local authority or similar environment

  • Knowledge of performance management and business support processes
