Team leader Logistic

As a Team leader you are responsible for leading the logistics team and coordinating daily operations. Planning and optimizing logistics processes. Ensuring the proper allocation of personnel and resources. Monitoring the team's performance and KPIs.

As team leader you supporting the training and development of team members. Collaborating with other departments such as procurement, sales, and production. Resolving operational issues and bottlenecks. 'Ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Education in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system (06:00-15:00, 15:00-00:00, and 22:00-07:00).
