Overview

Our stores operate 24/7 across our Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You'll be responsible for managing your section efficiently-whether that's replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food-making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy. You'll support your team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of colleagues to meet retail targets and standards.
• Manage section operations, including replenishment, checkouts, grocery, and fresh food.
• Maintain stock levels, product placement, and store cleanliness.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate team members' performance.
• Use data and insight to make decisions and improve store performance.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure a welcoming store environment.
