As part of MED EL's global Education & Training department at headquarters, our Clinical Product Education Team develops and delivers professional learning programs. These programs help employees and hearing solution professionals worldwide in building expertise and achieving excellence with MED-EL products and services.


Aufgaben
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Clinical Product Education team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries and cross-functional headquarters teams to identify educational needs and develop impactful learning solutions
  • Manage team priorities, budgets, and resources while continuously monitoring and improving training quality and effectiveness
  • Act as a key clinical product education expert, supporting product launches, enabling knowledge transfer, and gathering customer and employee feedback to improve products and training
  • Foster strong collaboration within the Education and Training department and actively contribute to shared goals, alignment, and continuous improvement across teams

Profil
  • Master's degree or higher (University, FH) in Audiology, or a comparable scientific discipline (such as Biomedical Engineering)
  • Minimum 8+ years of significant and relevant professional experience in hearing implants
  • Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees within the team
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts to diverse professional audiences (additional languages are an advantage)

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 54,882.18, based on professional qualification and experience.
