Your mission, if you accept it:

As a Lead BI Consultant, you will be the conductor of large-scale BI projects. Here's what you'll do on a daily basis:

=>Lead a team of talented BI consultants and help them grow in a dynamic environment.

=>Provide your BI expertise to solve complex challenges and propose innovative solutions. =>Manage BI projects from start to finish: needs analysis, solution design, and production deployment.

=>Coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure project delivery within timeframes and budgets.

=>Manage schedules, risks, and budgets while maintaining smooth and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

What we're looking for in you:

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in Power BI.
• You are an expert in project management: planning, budgeting, risk management, and effective communication are your strengths!
• You have solid management experience and know how to inspire and help your team grow.
• You are willing to travel occasionally within France and the Benelux region to support projects.

Technical skills:

• Essential: Mastery of SQL language.
• You are comfortable with reporting tools and, ideally, have experience with ETL software.
• Bonus: If you are familiar with MDX, DAX, BI modeling (DataMart, Star Schema), or have experience with Microsoft Azure environments, that's a real asset. A little extra? Big Data, Machine Learning, and Data Mining!
