We are looking for a Leader to help grow and develop our team and brand in Blanchardstown Store.
Ideal Candidate- Experienced in retail, sales or operations and ready to step up
- Experience with people management activities in a customer-facing environment
- Desire to support and mentor store colleagues

- Deliver extraordinary customer service, actively mentoring and motivating the store team
- Effectively communicate business goals and objectives to colleagues
- Identify commercial opportunities in the local area
- Be responsible for cash and stock control
- Support the store management team in making the best use of payroll and headcount budgets
- Recruit store colleagues when required
- Authorise and handle refunds and exchanges
- Manage performance of store colleagues
- Conduct performance appraisals when required; support talent and succession planning
- Follow health and safety regulations while maintaining excellent operational standards to provide a safe environment for customers and colleagues
- Create a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers
- Full-time 39-hour contract
- Working week: 5 out of 7 days; every second weekend and bank holiday required
