About the Role We're looking for hands-on Supervisors to oversee teams responsible for checking, updating, and processing sensitive exam-related data. You'll help your team stay focused, productive, and consistent throughout the shift. This is an active leadership role where you'll move around the workspace regularly to provide support and guidance.
Tasks Your Team Will Be Working On Your team will carry out a range of data and admin tasks, including: • Updating candidate information • Matching documents to correct records • Verifying data and cross-checking details • Identifying and correcting errors • Logging issues accurately • Working independently and collaboratively The work is repetitive and detail-focused, so accuracy and a steady approach are key.
Your Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and support a team • Provide training and on-shift coaching • Monitor performance, accuracy, and workflow • Maintain high quality standards • Give constructive feedback • Keep communication clear, calm, and supportive • Resolve issues and escalate when required • Help create a positive, productive atmosphere
What We're Looking For • Proven supervisory / team leader experience (essential) • Strong people and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Able to stay calm and focused during repetitive tasks • Good PC skills including Word and Excel • Confident decision-making skills • Organised, proactive, and supportive approach
Physical Requirements You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, moving between team members to provide support.
