I am Annie Pichon, Manager of our growing Geneva office, and I am looking for a Team X / 360 Business Developer to take over our Fed Engineering brand (our division specialized in engineering and industry jobs) created about a year ago and to develop it. You won't just be a recruiter. You will be the leader of your portfolio, both in sales (prospecting, meetings - yes, picking up the phone remains essential) and in recruitment (sourcing, evaluating, and sometimes opening the eyes of candidates who hadn't considered certain opportunities). To clarify: if your idea of recruitment is send three CVs and wait, that is not really our definition of the job: follow-up, tenacity, and boldness must be part of your profile. • A Master's degree or equivalent and a few years of experience in agency recruitment in Switzerland, in these same fields. • You are persistent, competitive by nature, and know how to listen as much as you know how to convince. • You enjoy concrete results, challenges, and do not shy away from a good challenge (nor from the pace of the team).
