For our contract logistics site in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Team Lead Control Room / Teamleiter Leitstand Logistik (m/w/d) to lead the control room of our automated warehouse.

Team Lead Control Room / Teamleiter Leitstand Logistik (m/w/d) Your responsibilities

• Team leadership: technical and operational direction for Control Room Managers, Incident Managers and Flow Controllers
• Incident management: ownership of escalated system incidents and critical operational issues, incl. follow-up of corrective actions
• SLA & service provider management: monitoring of service levels, third-party providers, contract compliance and budgets
• Warehouse automation: optimisation of processes and system performance together with Operations, IT and WMS Development
• Stakeholder management: central point of contact for customers, service providers and internal teams

What you bring

• Qualification: A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, a master craftsman qualification in warehouse logistics (Meister Lagerlogistik) (m/w/d) , a certified logistics specialist qualification (Fachwirt für Logistiksysteme), or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Control room experience: several years in warehouse operations or a logistics control room (Leitstand); automated warehouse systems and WMS a plus
• Leadership skills: proven experience in leading teams; structured, independent and solution-oriented
• Communication: confident in dealing with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Languages: fluent English; German and/or Polish skills are a strong advantage
