What you'll do:

As the Team Lead, you'll combine scientific expertise with your leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality bioanalytical studies, including ADA, PK, and Biomarker projects, within a regulated GLP/GCP environment. Leading a team of Scientists and Senior Scientists, you'll foster a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere, oversee project planning, resource management, and delivery, and act as a Study Director or Principal Investigator when needed. You'll also contribute to business growth by supporting proposals and handling client relationships. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What we require:
  • Proven experience in Immunoassay Bioanalysis (ADA/PK/Biomarkers)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, ideally within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting
  • Extensive experience delivering regulated GLP/GCP studies
  • Solid understanding of bioanalytical requirements and compliance standards
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and commercial skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Nice to have:
  • Additional expertise in bioanalytical techniques or laboratory management
  • Experience with international project coordination or global teams
  • Knowledge of newer immunoassay platforms or technologies
Preferred education and experience:
  • A degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field, with substantial relevant experience in bioanalysis and leadership roles.
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements:
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
  • Eligibility for visa sponsorship (considered at senior levels).
