An opportunity has arisen to recruit a motivated and experienced Team Clerk to join Bordon and Petersfield Community Adult Mental Health Team. The Team is based at Petersfield Hospital, Petersfield. You must have excellent organisational skills, have a flexible approach, be able to work on your own initiative and be a team player.
By applying for this position, you would be joining a supportive team with a wide variety of skills. The trust encourages ongoing training and development of skills.
The role is 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am until 5pm and is office based

Main duties of the job- Process internal and external referrals received into the Admin Office.

- Enter the data onto the hospital patient system
- Book assessments and out patient appointments with Service Users after liaising with relevant staff, including Team Manager, Team Leader, Consultants, Clinical Staff and Administration Manager within CMHT
- Ensuring all administrative processes including the handling of patient medical records electronic systems and filing systems within the team are adhered to at all times.
- To undertake typing duties as and when required
- Use initiative, planning and organisational skills that this position demands in the delivery of general administrative duties.
- Photocopying, scanning, collating and distribution of documents as required.

Person Specification Qualifications- Good standard of general education
- Excellent standard of written and oral English (good GCSE passes)
- Excellent understanding in Word and excel. Good working knowledge of computers.
- Experience of working within a team,
- Experience with working with the public
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Understanding of a commitment to Trust Equal opportunities Policy
