Job Description

A leading international banking group is seeking a Team Personal Assistant to support its Internal Audit team in London. Working closely with senior management, you will provide essential administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, reporting, and budget monitoring. What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary and meeting management
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, reports, and internal communications
  • Manage invoices, expenses, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
  • Arrange international travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
  • Prepare and distribute reports for committees and senior management
  • Support recruitment processes and supplier onboarding activities
  • Maintain departmental records, procurement systems, and intranet content
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support and contribute to departmental projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across EMEA and support visiting international colleagues
  • Gain exposure to operational processes, with opportunities to develop your operational and business support skill set
What you'll bring
  • Previous PA, Team Assistant, or administrative support experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience handling invoices, budgets, and financial data
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgement
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Experience within financial services or a corporate environment is beneficial
