Team Administrator - 6 Month Contract

You will be working for one of the leading investment banks.

You will be providing administration to a team of private bankers.
Responsibilities include:

  • Consistent booking of international travel
  • Expense claims
  • Invoice processing
  • Ad-hoc duties such as booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments, distribution of materials and more
  • Assisting with new hires
