The Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust provide mental health support, advice and signposting across the Trust footprint, and support mental health crisis contacts in collaboration with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust across the Greater Manchester footprint. The role of the Team Administrator is to provide efficient and effective administration support to the mental health crisis offer. This role covers both the NHS 111 Mental Health Option and the Mental Health Urgent Triage Team.

Person specification
  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
  • NHS Mental health experience
  • Significant administrative experience in a similar environment.
  • Understanding of administrative processes.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures.
  • Completion of PARIS training
  • Knowledge of mental health services
