What We Need

• A genuine passion for working with children - experience is essential, but it doesn't have to be classroom based (youth work, childcare, coaching, mentoring, theatre, holiday camps, etc. all count!)
• Strong communication skills to engage with pupils and staff
• A proactive, can do attitude that thrives in busy classrooms
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one if you don't already have one)
