The Role

Position: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Esher, Surrey (KT10)

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working within a school or childcare environment
• Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential
• Can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is caring, proactive, and adaptable
• Can support pupils with varying learning abilities
• Has experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other Special Educational Needs, which would be a great bonus
• Has strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Support pupils across the curriculum
• Deliver small group interventions where required
• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers to meet pupils' individual learning needs
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
