• Contract Type: This role is initially temporary for 12 months, with the possibility of being extended dependent upon Funding
• Weekly Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Mon-Thur 8.15 am-15:45pm Friday 8.15 am-14:45pm + 1 hour TBA for staff meetings and training) 39 weeks per year
• Number of positions: 1
• Qualifications Required: TA3
• Start Date: 1st October 2026
• Salary: £23,461 - £25,563 per annum

About the Candidate

This role is initially temporary for 12 months, with the possibility of being extended dependent upon Funding

We are looking for an experienced TA3 to work in Early Years. The successful candidate will be expected to work across our nursery and reception provision and work within the team, flexibly, to give Charlestown children the best start.

The ideal person will be very nurturing and will have good experience of working within early years and be aware that the appropriate personal care of children is expected as part of the role.
