Preston Park School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will:

• Assist pupils with their learning and development.
• Provide additional support to students who may need extra help.
• Learn classroom management and behaviour support techniques.
• Help plan activities and learning objectives.
• Supervise classroom activities and small group work.
• Encourage pupil participation and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress.
• Training and Support
• You will work towards the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard while gaining practical experience in the school environment.

The programme includes:

• Online apprenticeship training
• Dedicated apprenticeship tutor support
• Monthly remote tutorials and reviews
• Ongoing workplace mentoring
