A lovely and supportive primary school in Kidderminster is seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex needs. This is a long-term, full-time position offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in a child's early education journey.

• Providing 1:1 support to help the child engage in classroom activities and learning tasks
• Assisting with mobility, personal care, and ensuring the child's comfort and safety throughout the day
• Supporting the child's social, emotional, and physical development
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies and targets

• Experience supporting children with complex or physical needs
• A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a caring team
