We have a number of exciting opportunities for skilled and motivated individuals to be a Teaching Assistant at Yeoman Park Academy, either on a permanent basis or on a ixed term contract until July 2027. Please advise which role you wish to be considered for in your application.

The academy offers high quality, inclusive education for young people aged 3 - 18 who experience complex learning difficulties. The academy is committed to child centred learning and works closely with parents and carers to prepare pupils for the next stage of their lives.

The successful candidate will support pupils with a wide range of severe learning, physical or behavioural learning difficulties and require specific knowledge and a high level of competence in communication and interpersonal skills. You must be qualified in a relevant childcare qualification to at least NNEB, NVQ3 (or equivalent), and previous experience of working within SEN is desirable.
