We are working with a fantastic primary school in Doncaster that is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their committed and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping children develop academically, socially and emotionally while working in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small intervention groups to boost confidence and attainment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where appropriate.
- Help prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom routines.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents to support each child's development.
- Encourage independence, resilience and a love of learning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with children in a primary school, nursery or similar educational setting.
- Be caring, enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's education.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
