Teaching Assistant

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Pay: £90-£110 per day (paid weekly)
Contract: Full-time or part-time, flexible supply opportunities

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Abingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils' learning and development in a nurturing environment.

• Provide classroom support to the teacher and pupils.
• Assist with small group and one-to-one interventions.
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar).
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
