We're Looking for a Brilliant Teaching AssistantIf you are passionate, proactive, and ready to make a real difference, you could be the perfect fit for our team. This is a rewarding, hands-on role supporting learners with diverse needs in a caring, person-centred environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in both classroom and vocational workshop settings
• Helping deliver engaging, tailored learning plans
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support
• Encouraging learners' confidence, independence, and engagement
• Working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with SEND or SEMH learners (desirable but not essential)
• A warm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding
• Relevant qualifications - or a willingness to train and develop
