Teaching Assistant 1:1 (Fixed Term)

Springwood Federation, Springwood Junior School, Springwood Avenue, Waterlooville.

• Hours: 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm.
• Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2027, initially starting 1 September 2026.
• Working weeks: 39 per year, paid weeks 44.48.
• Role type: 1:1 teaching support for pupils with EHCPs.
• Location: Springwood Junior School.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate teaching assistant who can support children, many of whom have SEND, in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
