Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Salary: 95- 105
Contract: Temp-Perm for the right candidate
Hours: Full-Time - Monday and Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm
Start Date: 1st October 2026

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and play an important role in supporting our pupils to achieve their very best.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support to children across the primary age range. You will help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.
The RoleYour responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes towards learning.
- Supporting children with additional needs where appropriate.
- Promoting positive behaviour and strong relationships with pupils.
- Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school.
- Is passionate about working with children and helping them succeed.
- Is patient, caring and approachable.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn.
- Has high expectations of themselves and the children they support.
- Previous experience working in a primary school or with children is desirable, but not essential.
