Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in Hammersmith & Fulham, supporting pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential. Depending on the school and role, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons
• Working with individuals and small groups
• Providing additional support to pupils with SEN and additional needs
• Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities
• Encouraging pupils and helping them build confidence
• Working as part of a supportive school team

We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from:

• Experienced Teaching Assistants
• Graduates looking to begin a career in education
• Candidates with experience working with children or young people
• Applicants with SEN experience
• Candidates with Primary or Secondary school experience
• Caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic individuals
• Relevant qualifications and school experience are desirable but not essential for all positions.
