Key Requirements

• UK School Experience: Previous practical experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Classroom Support Assistant within a UK mainstream school setting is essential.

• Relevant Qualifications:CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare/Education, or equivalent experience.

• Classroom Management:Proven ability to assist class teachers, manage classroom dynamics, and lead small group interventions.

• Compliance & DBS:Must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through Randstad).

• Right to Work:Full eligibility to work in the UK.
