Teacher of Small Groups

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic qualified teacher (QTS required) to lead small group learning in a supportive and engaging environment. The correct applicant will be supporting small groups of pupils with Autism, Learning Difficulties and other complex needs.

About the Role:

• Teach small groups of no more than 8 pupils, ensuring highly personalised learning.
• Deliver activity-based sessions that promote engagement and progress.
• Use learning through play approaches to develop communication, independence, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive and caring classroom environment.
• Support students with SEND needs.

What We're Looking For:

• QTS (Primary or Secondary) with a passion for innovative teaching.
• Creativity and flexibility in planning and delivering lessons.Strong understanding of child development and active learning strategies.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
