Tea Production Team Member - 32-40hrs, 25 Days Holiday

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Production Team Member to join our busy facility in Goring-by-Sea. You will weigh tea and matcha, run machinery, assemble packaging and help with the Sticky Chai blending process, with full training provided.

The role is physically demanding and involves standing, lifting and teamwork. 32-40 hours per week, with shifts from early morning; a fixed-term contract through November 2026 is available.
