Job Description

• Manage and oversee the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to clients.
• Provide expert guidance on tax-related matters to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Prepare and review complex tax computations and returns.
• Support the development and training of junior team members within the tax department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Leeds and beyond.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Manager should have:

• A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in a tax-focused role within the professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving tax-related challenges.
